# Customers

> Find Shopify subscribers in Appfox by name, email, or ID. Open a customer to see their contracts, order history, addresses, and payment methods.

The **Customers** page lists all customers who have active, paused, or cancelled subscriptions. You can view customer details and see their subscription history.

## Customer list

The customer list shows:

* Customer name and email
* Number of active subscriptions
* Total revenue from subscriptions
* Date of first subscription order

Use the search bar to find customers by name, email, or customer ID. Results update as you type.

Use the tabs above the list to switch between **All** customers, **Active subscribers** (at least one active subscription), and **No active subscription** (subscribers whose subscriptions are all paused or cancelled).

## Customer details

Click any customer to view their full profile. The customer detail page shows:

* All subscriptions (active, paused, and cancelled)
* Order history for subscription purchases
* Shipping addresses on file
* Payment methods
* Lifetime subscription revenue

## Manage customer subscriptions

From the customer detail page, you can:

* View all the customer's subscriptions
* Edit any of their subscription contracts
* Create new subscriptions for the customer
* Send subscription-related emails

Click through to individual subscriptions to make changes like updating products, rescheduling billing, or pausing the subscription.

  When a customer contacts support, search for them on the Customers page to quickly access their subscription details.

## Customer portal access

Customers can manage their own subscriptions through the customer portal. Any changes they make in the portal appear in the merchant dashboard immediately.
